  1. We differentiate ourselves in our industry by being the company that our clients could only imagine is possible. We do this by prioritizing communication, client service, quality of products and services, integrity, and reliability as core values of who we are as Imagine Landscape. This means our price may not be the most competitive, but we stand by our values to enable the level of service we provide and are proud of.
     

  2. Our clients’ interests always come first. Our efforts to stand out in what we are able and willing to do for our clients set us apart from others. Our experience shows that if we serve our clients exceptionally well, and provide the best level of service possible, our own success will follow. 
     

  3. We make an unusual effort to identify and recruit the very best person for every job. In a service business, we know that without the best people, we cannot be the best organization. We constantly strive to be the employer of choice within our industry. Our people are what enable us to provide the level of client service and workmanship that we expect from ourselves.
     

  4. Our assets are our people, skills, and reputation. If any of these is ever diminished, the last is the most difficult to restore. Each project, service, or interaction is our opportunity to exceed expectations. 
     

  5. We take great pride in the professional quality and creativity of our work. We have an uncompromising determination to achieve excellence in everything we undertake. 
     

  6. As is our namesake, we embody creativity and imagination in everything we do. While recognizing that the old way may still be the best way, we constantly strive to find better solutions to how we do our work and also the solutions we provide to our clients. This includes leveraging new technology and equipment, pushing to learn about new techniques and products, and not limiting ourselves to what we think is possible in outdoor living designs.
     

  7. We can only grow by embracing and fostering a culture of feedback from our clients and within our organization. No one has a monopoly on the best ideas or how things should be done, and we encourage, embrace, and consider all opinions and ideas brought forward.  
     

  8. We offer our people the opportunity to move ahead more rapidly than is possible at most other organizations. Advancement depends on merit and reliably exhibiting our core values. We have yet to find the limits to the responsibility our best people are able to grow into. For us to be successful, our men and women must reflect the diversity of the communities and cultures in which we serve. That means we must attract, retain, and motivate performance with no regard to background.
